Tasting Notes:
Gold in colour. intense aromas of citrus, peaches and apricots, and a persistent mineral note on the palate with a fine and delicate finish.
Perfect with the whole meal, and due to the savoury notes and acidity can be paired with aperitifs, shellfish, white meats and dessert.
Serve at 8-10°C.

Vinification:
Made in the transitional (champagne) method and aged for at least 50 months on the lees and over a year in the bottle giving us the lovely brioche buttery notes and complexity.
