Nero Di Troia is the prince of vines in the Castel Del Monte region. Elegant, austere, refined. It requires passion, knowledge and experience to present this variety of wine at its best.
TASTING NOTES
The wine comes from a selection of this ancient variety. It has a very strong red colour, with an enveloping blackberry, cherry and raspberry aromas. It is a wonderful accompaniment to cuts of red meat and mature cheese.
Wine Making:
Careful selection of the clusters, manual grape harvest, picking grapes from the bunch, wine-making with modern oenological techniqes, respecting ancient traditions. Finished in oak barrels.
