Made in the Ancestral Method with the Trebbiano Toscano grape, our friends at Tenute Pacelli have dedicated this orange wine to their mother, Clara, who is the heart and strength behind the family that run the almost all female winery.
Tasting Notes:
Deep amber with fleshes of tangerine. Fresh, lively, intense and textured with flavours of pineapple, clementine peel, grapefruit and peach.
Pairs well with fish such as tuna and salmon, shellfish, fresh cheese, white meats and seafood pizza.
Serve at 10-13°C.

Vinification:
Following maceration on the white grape skins the wine is left to ferment in the bottle with no intervention over 6 months which gives it a lovely natural sparkle.
