An elegant white natural wine made from the red gaglioppo grape. Crafted using spontaneous fermentation, without filtration or added sulphites, but none of the failings typical of poorly made natural wines.
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of orange blossom, hints of fresh white fruit and notes of peach and wild pear. On the palate excellent acidity and persistent freshness. Pleasant harmonious and intense fruity finish.
Pair with seafood first courses and risotto, fine white meats, grilled fish and soups, octopus salad, raw fish and shellfish.
Serve at 10-14°C.
