This wine takes its name from a plot called “delli Piutri” in the countryside of Torchiarolo, between Lecce and Brindisi, where Duca Carlo Guarini have owned the vineyards since 1100. Grown 200 meters from the Adriatic Sea, they enjoy the cool north-east dominant winds.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red and on the nose it opens on vegetal and balsamic tones, which precede sensations of small black fruits and vanilla. The palate is balanced with clean tannins.
