Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow with golden flashes. Intense mineral notes of rock salt, pumice stone and sulphurous scents well integrated with green mandarin peel, cedar, yellow plums, orange blossom, and chamomile. Ends with elegant balsamic hints of oregano and capers.
Soft, full and balanced, with great freshness supported by a vibrant sapidity.
Vineyard Characteristics:
Soil: Volcanic sands with the presence of medium-sized volcanic stones.

Density: 7000 vines/ha
Yield: 6000 l/ha
Vinification: Pressing of whole grapes and use of selected yeasts to start the fermentation which lasts for about 8 days. Matures for 1 year in steel, filtered prior to bottling.
