A carefully matched blend of 50% Cannonau and 50% Syrah to make this a full, fruity, spicy and powerful wine.
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of red fruits, red jam, spices and chocolate. Dry, full and warming with full elegant tannins.
Serve at 16-18°C.

Soil: Weathered granite
Altitude: 180 metres above sea level
Harvest: By hand in small crates at the beginning of October
Vinification:
The grapes are carefully selected, destemmed and transferred into traditional wooden vats where fermentation takes place over approximately 30 days with repeated manual punching down. The wine ages for approximately 8 months in steel, followed by 8 to 12 months in french oak barrels, and a few further months in the bottle prior to release.
