From the hills of Cirò’s hinterland, an excellent natural rosé wine made from the indigenous gaglioppo grape. Crafted using spontaneous fermentation, without filtration or added sulphites.
The 2020 vintage is winner of the highly acclaimed Gambero Rosso Rosé of the Year 2022.
Tasting Notes:
Bright antique pink with complex flavours of red berries, citrus fruits, wild violet, mint and white pepper. Elegant, savoury and fruity, perfectly balanced with acidity and a long aromatic finish.
Pair with seafood risotto and first courses, sauces, fish soups with tomato sauce, raw fish and shellfish.
Serve at 10-14°C.

Vinification:
Soft pressing, cold and static clarification, temperature-controlled fermentation (16-18°C) and refinement for 3 months in steel tank, 2 months in bottle. Bottling without inoculation of selected yeasts, filtration and added sulphites.
