Tasting Notes:
With a bright yellow color, aromatic intensity and deep freshness. Herbal, nutty, dried stone and tropical fruits, honey, hay, all as a controlled expansion of great taste and creamy flavor.
Pair with fish-based appetizers, fresh cheeses, fried foods and seafood.

Vinification:
Following a soft crushing-destemming, fermentation takes place in 50 hl steel tanks. The wine ages for 10 months in steel.
