TASTING NOTES
Bright pale pink in color, delicate with fruity hints of cherry and red apple embellished with floral references of elderberry. On the palate it is soft and fresh, well balanced with a nice flavor and a slight almond note at the end. Pairs well with fish soup, grilled white meats, fresh cheeses
