Made only from a selection of sangiovese grapes from the vineyards in Conca D’Oro in the sub-region of Panzano. This wine is refined in large 1,000 litre French oak barrels and aged for at least 6 months in the bottle. Fresh, fruity and a beautifully elegant expression of Chianti Classico from one of the top, 100% organic, sub zones.
Tasting Notes:
Bright ruby red with notes of pretty red rose, red cherry and gentle clove notes. Fresh and fruity with rich smooth tannins, well balanced and an elegant persistent finish.
Pair with pasta with meat sauce, meat courses, salami or pecorino cheese.
Serve at 16-18°C.
