A varietal Cannonau made from 25 year old vines which poses an excellent balance of typical aromas and structure.
Tasting Notes:
Pronounced notes of ripe red fruits, herbs and delicate spices define its elegant olfactory profile. A full-bodied, with well-polished tannins.
Serve at 16-18°C.

Vinification:
The best grapes are pressed, destemmed and transferred into steel vats where fermentation takes place for 15 days with daily manual punching down. The wine rests for approximately 6 months in steel, followed by 6 to 12 months maturation in barrels and a further few months in bottle.
