Tasting Notes:
Rose gold with coppery reflections. On the nose it has hints of blood orange peel, violet, freesias, peach blossoms. Warm, fresh and elegant citrus saline finish.

Soil: Volcanic sands with the presence of medium-sized volcanic stones.

Yield: 5600 l/ha
Vinification: Short contact with the skins using the “Pista e Mutta” method and subsequent separation of the must from the skins followed by fermentation for 8 days. Left to rest for 6 months in steel.
