Obtained from the white vinification of the black negroamaro grape of the Salento like the Taersia, Piccolebolle is the first sparkling wine made from negroamaro by the Charmat Martinotti method.
Tasting Notes:
Straw-yellow in colour with bright golden reflections. The aroma of citrus fruits, a refined harmonious with a pleasant persistence. It has a beautiful body, which lingers in the mouth for a long time.
Pairs perfectly with aperitif, seafood, oysters and goats cheese.

Soft pressure, followed by a long temperature controlled fermentation of the free-run.
