Made from a prime selection of the indigenous Primitivo grapes, this wine is the Cellar King. It is made from grapes harvested after careful over-ripening and vinified exclusively in the ancient cisterns with concrete plaster, dug under the cellar and equipped with temperature control. At 14% ABV it is ideal paired with pasta dishes, roasted red meat and aged cheeses.
Tasting Notes:
Ruby red in colour, the nose is warm, with notes of black berries. On the palate it is full, with a good balance of tannins and acidity.

Vinification:
Long maceration with the skins, followed by a soft crushing. Long fermentation in ancient cemented cisterns, then finished in bottles for two years.

Taste: Full intense of ripe fruits with excellent balance between tannin and acidity
